Air temperature at !) a.m., 71 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday.— Maximum, 75 degrees; minimum, 59 degrees; maximum temperature in sun, 148 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 9 hours. Minimum temperature on grass, 53 degrees. Hired ion of wind at 9 a.m., south-west. Velocity wind previous 24 hours, 87 miles. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, nil.
