THEFT AT COWES
POSTMASTER ROBBED SUM OF £6O STOLEN Even the island of Waiheke was not immune from thieves during the holidav season. On the night of January 3 the post office at Cowes was broken into and the sum of £6O-taken. The money was the property of the postmaster, Mr. Insley. The post office did not lose anything.
