STRANGE ANIMAL
DOMINION RD. CAP7I* RESEMBLANCE TO POLE O' A small animal, greatly reseelh a polecat, was caught at Dost; Road this morning. The capture was made in s b hedge at 149 Balmoral Road, by »t terrier, which unfortunately kOMi animal in the process. Hearing a squejjtingl noise, a thinking that the dog had caag; bird, the residents went outside, t found instead of small animal dm ing about 23 inches long from tail, and covered with light asd it brown fur The legs are short, a armed with claws similar to than a cat, while both the head tidfr tail are comparatively small. The occupiers of the resifa where it was caught state that li have not seen the animal pretty and can offer no suggestion ai where it came from.
