Temperature in shade yesterday: Maximum, 70 degrees; minimum, 59 degrees; maximum temperature in sun. 141 deg. Bright sunshine yesterday, 6hrs 15min. Minimum temperature on grass, 53deg. Direction of wind at 9 a.m., calm. Velocity of wind previous 24 hours, 62m. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, nil. Rainfall to date this month, ,13in.
