AN IRONING-BOARD TIP
In these days of limited accommodation, the ironing-board often has to be used on a polished table surface. Here is a simple but effective device to prevent the board slipping or marking the table in any way. Get four ordinary round rubber shoe heels, fasten one at each corner of the ironingboard (making sure the screw is well screwed inside the rubber), and you can iron with the safe assurance that the polished top will be immune from Injury.
