DISRATED labour officer DEMAND FOR INQUIRY IPresa Association. CHRISTCHURCH. Friday. The following telegram has been dispatched this morning by Mr. E. J. Howard, M.P., to the Hofi. G. J. Anderson, Minister of Labour, at a I meeting of trades union secretaries held here this morning:—“Strong indignation has been expressed by union secretaries at the disrating of j the officer who has been in charge cf | the Labour Department here.
