CLASS AT GLEN MASSEY The good work of the St. John Ambulance Association is spreading, a most successful first-aid class beirg recently held at Glen Massey, where a branch of the association is shortly to be formed. The class was conducted under the auspices of the Auckland centre. Mr. William Byers acting as organiser and hon. secretary, with Dr. Martin as lecturer and Dr. E. C. Brewis as examiner. The eleven members who presented themselves for examination were successful, seven of them obtaining firstclass places. At a social function held later the certificates were presented by Mr. J. Penman;
