DISASTER IN BERLIN MANY BURIED IN RUINS By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. Reed. 9.5 a.m. BERLIN, Thursday. Three persons were kilied and 17 were injured when an unexplained violent explosion occurred in a house in Berlin early yesterday morning.

A large number of the occupants were in bed at the time. 'Half the building collapsed and a fire started in the wreckage, from which 10 persons were extricated badly injured. A number of others are still buried in the ruins. The firemen are fighting the flames and efforts at rescue are being continued.—A. and N.Z.-Sun.
