OUTSIDE LABOUR TO BE USED CONTRACTORS’ DECISION (From Our Resident Reporter .) WELLINGTON, Wed. The contractors for the Tawa Flat railway deviation tunnel stated to-day that as they had been unable to come to an agreement with the local union concerned they intend to resume work with outside labour. No start was made to-day as intended, but steps were taken to organise a gang with a view to commencing as early as possible.
