AUSSIE FOR TRENTHAM
from his Ellerslie victories, Aussie will no doubt make his next appearance in the open sprints at Trentham this month. in the event of Aussie making the trip, as is expected, he will probably be accompanied by Awarere and Papatu. Papatu must be given a royal show in the Wellington Cup, one mile and a-half, for he will be in light. Awarere will prove to be a very useful second string to Aussie in the six-furjong events.
