"DANGEROUS DELUSION”

VORONOFF’S REJUVENATION

By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. BERLIN, Tuesday.

Dr. Serge Voronoffs rejuvenation methods are attacked as a dangerous delusion and a snare. Professor Hoffmeister says that he transplanted glands from an ape from Java to a 54-year-old man. The glands failed to function.

Later, a microscopic X-ray revealed that the tissues were dead. Similar results followed a dog’s rejuvenation. It lasted three years, after which the animal’s health was affected, and it died.—A. and N.Z.
