The sketch depicts a new and modern residence erected in Campbell Road for Mr. W. Mortensen. It was designed by Mr. G. E. Tole, and is a pleasing effect of the architect’s taste. It is carried out in old English style, the exterior being finished to give the effect of age, but withal retaining the effect of newness. The roof is tiled with Marseilles tiles and sets off a decidedly attractive home.
