REMINISCENT OF EUCLID

A COLOURFUL DESIGN A pale green lacquered pedestal supports this bed of carved ebony, the head of which is placed in a little alcove hung with printed silk that

i.< thoughtfully provided with a bedside bookshelf. The thick silk bedrover has a many-coloured geometrical design. Very beautiful is the opaque green crystal lamp on a low ebony table, lowly seats in the form of green ribbed velvet mattresses accompany it. The geometrically-designed dressing table of pale lacquer has a five-sided mirror, and stands against curtains of pale rose-coloured muslin. Reminiscent oi Euclid, too, are the wall and the ceiling lights, in pale green opaque crystal. The walls are hung with plain rose-coloured silk, the carpet being of a deeper shade.
