BOARDING HOUSE AFIRE
A boardinghouse in Grafton Road caught on fire this morning shortly after 8.30. as a result of a carelesslythrown cigarette. Slight damage was done to the verandah flooring before the City Brigade extinguished the blaze. The building is owned by Mr. Taylor, of Hamilton Road. Herne Bay. .ind occupied by Mrs. Skinner. The contents are insured for .€9OO in the Ocean Office.
