NEW ZEALAND COMPANY FORMED The registration of the New Zealand Flax-Fibre Company, Ltd., in Sydney has been reported. New Zealand Flax-Fibre Company, Ltd. Capital, £50,000, to acquire lands suitable for growing New Zealand flax, and to clear, cultivate and tend the lands so acquired, etc. Subscribers are C. P. Eaxle, P. E. Heery, E. S. Court. J. Harris, G. C. G. M. "Haynes. C. M. Keaughran and A. E. Dent. The shares are of the value of £ 1 each.
