Air temperature at 10 a.m., 71 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: maximum, 71 degrees; minimum, 57 degrees; maximum temperature in sun, 140 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 8 hours 40 minutes. Minimum temperature on grass, 51 degrees. Direction of -wind at 10 a.m., S.W. Velocity of wind previous 24 hours, 160 miles.
