Another notable revival Is the huge bow on evening gowns. Ties and bows of every description follow this mode. Ties are largely used in place of buttons, and are softening as well as prettily decorative. On frocks, the cravat tie is seen; large bows with long ends are tied at the neck of many charming dresses.
