DRUIDS’ “CHEER-NIGHT”
SUCCESSFUL FUNCTION A successful Christmas cheer night was held recently by the Roskill Lodge of the United Order of Druids in the lodge-room. Carmen Avenue, off Dominion Road. Arch Druid Bro Gunn presided over a large attendance of members and visitors, including Grand President Bro. T. Wilson. Bro. J. 'McLaren, who has served his term as an Arch Druid, was presented with a collar and diploma by tho lodge. A musical programme presented by
the Harmony Committee Included items by the lodge orchestra, the Marinba Trio, and vocalists. The evening concluded with community singing and fraternal greetings.
