No person who has at any time since the passing of the Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Act, 1908, followed the occupation of a Bookmaker or a Bookmaker’s Clerk, no disqualified or undesirable person will be admitted to the Racecourse during the Summer Meeting, and, if any such person is found on the course, he will be removed therefrom and prosecuted for trespass. The promotion of illegal sweeps is prohibited and any person infringing this regulation will be removed from the Racecourse and prosecuted. Horses registered since August 1, 1924, and starting for the first time at this meeting must be on the course at 10 a.m. on the day of the races for inspection by the Stipendiary Stewards. A. G.
