THEOSOPHICAL CAMP
UNDER CANVAS AT EPSOM The annual convention of the Theosophical Society is being held in Auckland this year, and the spacious and beautiful grounds of Vasanta Garden School, Williamson Street, Epsom, are being used as a camping ground. Over 150 delegates and visitors have come to participate, nearly every lodge being represented. On suitable evenings camp fires are to be lit, and the delegates will gather round. Questions on theosophy will be answered by the leader, Bishop Thomson. Other meetings and meals are being held in two large tents. A garden fete is to be held under the auspices of the Educational Trust for the funds of the school to-morrow. The public is invited to attend. Interesting items arranged include classic dances by pupils of Madame Edith Baird.
