COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar leaves Napier at noon today for Auckland and she should arrive here on Sunday. On Wednesday next the vessel receives cargo and sails at 10 p.m. the same day for Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays.
The Waipahi from Southern ports arrived at Napier at 9.30 p.m. yesterday and sailed at 3 o’clock this afternoon for Auckland where she is due on Sunday morning. The Kamo is sailing from Auckland at 10 o’clock this evening for Lyttelton direct, Dunedin and Bluff.
The Kartigi, which leaves here to-night at 9 o’clock for Wellington and Greymouth, loads at the latter port next week for Auckland. The Waipiata is to load at Dunedin tomorrow thence Oaraaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington for Auckland. The Waimea sails from Auckland next Wednesday afternoon for Gisborne and Napier, and is to clear Gisborne on January 6 and Napier the following day for Auckland again where she is due on January 9. ~ The Cumberland is to sail from Wellington this afternoon for Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff to complete the discharge of her Leverpool cargo. The West Calera should clear New Plymouth to-morrow for Pacific Coast ports to load again for New Zealand. The Gisla is expected to leave Dunedin to-morrow for Melbourne and Sydney to put out the *balance of her Montreal C Vhe Canadian Seigneur arrived at Timaru this morning from Lyttelton and leaves to-night for Dunedin. The City of Lyons should clear Dunedin to-morrow for Hobart to continue her discharge of New York cargo. The Rimutaka leaves Lyttelton tomorrow for Napier to put out the remainder of her London cargo. ‘ The Huntingdon is due at w ®JJinston tomorrow from Auckland to continue the discharge of her Liverpool cargo. . The Waiuku, which sailed this morning for Surfdale, Ostend and ° n j lh^. I< s at 6 o’clock this evening and sails again half an hour later for Waiheke. The Rangitoto, arriving from Thames at 4 o’clock this afternoon, sails again at 8 o’clock to-morrow morning on the return trip. „ _ . The Taniwha arrives from Paeroa at half past eight this evening and sails again at 1.45 p.m. to-morrow for Omiha and Cowes Bay. , .. . „ . The Kawau is due at half-past 6 this evening from Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point and Little and Big Omaha. She is to be dispatched again at 2 o’clock to-morrow afternoon for Kawau, Leigh and MangaThe Waipu is scheduled to sail at halfpast 7 to-morrow morning for Coromandel. She returns again at 6 o’clock the same evening. The Omana sails at 7.30 a.m. to-morrow for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth, and returns at 7 o'clock the same evening.
The Matangi, arriving from Tauranga at 7 o’clock to-morrow morning, sails again at 7.30 p.m. the same day on the return trip.
The Hauiti arrives from Kerepeehi at half-past 6 to-morrow morning, and sails again at 1.30 p.m. the same day for Manly, Arkle’s Bay and Brown’s Bay.
The Claymore, arriving at 9 o’clock tomorrow morning from Whangarei, sails again at 7 o’clock on Tuesday evening next on the return trip.
The Ngatiawa is due at 6 a.m. to-mor-row from Mercury Bay and Tairua. She is to sail again at midnight on Wednesday next for the Great Barrier.
The Coronation is due from the East Coast on Sunday, and sails again on January 4 for Awanui.
The Tiroa came off slip yesterday afternoon and berthed at King’s Wharf. She is to be dispatched on January 4 for Hick’s Bay and Gisborne.
