DANCER BREAKS CONTRACT LONDON, Dec-. 15. The “Westminster Gazette’s” Paris correspondent says that because she was too modest to appear undressed in a Paris music hall. Mme. Mor&ngys broke her contract with the management, and successfully sued for JZZO damages. Mme. Morangys gave evidence that she also felt colt, and that her husband also objected. The three judges considered that modesty ought to have prevented her from signing the contract.
