Temperature in shade yesterday: maximum, 71 degrees; minimum, 64 degrees; maximum temperature in sun, 112 degrees. Blight sunshine yesterday, nil. Minimum temperature on grass, 60 degre«H. Direction of wind at 10 a.m., N. Velocity wind previous 21 hours, 185 miles. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, .21 Inches. Rainfall to date this month, 1.14 inches. NORTH ISLAND CONDITIONS
