FATAL QUARREL
A SEAMAN STABBED By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. Reed. 9.40 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. A quarrel between two unemployed seamen in a disused coal-trimmer’s hut at Newcastle ended in the fatal stabbing of William Patrick Sullivan. Immediately after the affray his opponent rushed out and disappeared. Later Prank Edwardes gave himself up to the police. He has been charged with murder.—A. and N.Z.
