PRINCE EDWARD
AUSTRALIAN SUNBEAMS A complete change of programme was presented at the Prince Edward Theatre to-day by the Royal Australian Sunbeams, who appeared in their second production, “Carnival Time.” This is stated to be even better than the previous production, so it is bound to find favour with patrons who enjoyed last week’s programme so much. All of the 35 performers are real artists, and their items range from sweet and delightful singing to clever dancing. The one and only Jackie Clarke and the little seven-year-old Baby Doreen again delight with their clever performances. Harry Ussher, the wonder boy soprano, again pleases with his singing and Gwen Jones, the Acrobatic Sunbeams. and the Merry Twinkiers give very attractive items. There is also a complete change in the picture programme. “The Frontiersman” is being screened.
