TIVOLI

"THE RED RAIDERS” TO MORROW Ken Maynard, the “riding fool” of the western pictures, will be seen at the Tivoli Theatre to-morrow in “The Red Raiders.’* “The Red Raiders,** adapted from Marion Jackson’s story, “The White Horse Troop,’* provides the dashing western star with an ideal vehicle for his varied talents. The picture is crammed with pulsating drama, high action in riding and fighting and combines to make a super-western. The Charles R. Rogers company, in diverting from the usual types of western drama, selected a story from the stirring pages of pre-civil war history. This may have been done before, but not with such accuracy to detail nor on such a massive scale. Maynard’s climb to the top rank of western heroes is well merited, for each successive picture goes further to prove his fitness for his roles.
