f TO-DAY’S OBSERVATIONS Meteorological observations taken at the Albert Park Observatory ut 10 a.m.. today by Captain A. Davis, the Government Observer:— Barometer, 30.020 inches. Air temperature at 10 a.m., 70 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: maximum, 72 degrees; minimum, 60 degrees; maximum temperature in sun, 138 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 6 hours, 55 minutes. Minimum temperature on grass, 58 degrees. Direction of wind at 10 a.m., TC.E. Velocity wind previous 24 hours, 14S miles. Rainfall during previous 21 hours, nil. Rainfall to date this month, .89 inches.
