GREAT FIREWORKS
DISPLAY MONDAY NIGHT The large display of fireworks at Alexandra Park next Monday night should make an ideal holiday attraction, and one which will appeal to old and young alike. The Imperial Fireworks Display Company, which is presenting the entertainment, is making a liberal concession in regard to tho admission of children to the event. Realising that parents have unusual demands made on their point and several purses at this season of the year, it is announced that all children under 12 years of age will be admitted free, if accompanied by their parents. The display will be on a large scale, and, it is said, will easily eclipse anything jof the kind ever seen on any previous occasion in the city. A large number of set pieces, some of which will be of a mechanical order, will be fired, this section including rainbow wheels and fiery fountains, spreading showers of golden rain. The company announces a new series of pyrotechnical novelties, some of which will be a revelation of what can be accomplished in the field of pyrotechnics. The Oneliunga Municipal Band will supply a musicall programme during the evening.
