Twelve started. Half a length. Time, 1.37 (record for the race). Summer Cup, of £2,500; 1 mile 5 furlongs.—Vitality, 8.6, 1; Tibbie, 7.13, 2; Resource, 7.10, 3. Fourteen started. Half a length, three-quarters of a length. Time, 2.44.—A. and N.Z.
