STIFF FINE IMPOSED Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. Intoxication has cost another motorist his licence for the rest of the year, also a fine of £25. in default three months’ imprisonment. He was a Civil servant, William Lewis Comrie, aged 34, who created suspicion by his excessive speed near Lambton station, and was followed by the police and arrested.
