The State rinks were the same as on Thursday. The final score was: Australia, 119 New Zealand, 60. Details: Tasmania, 41, v. Goldwater, A. Short, McGregor, Eagleton. 11. Victoria, 27, v. Farrow, Rudd, Stone, Clark, 14. New South Wales 28, v. Watson, Drummond, Piper, Hobday, 13. West Australia, 23, v. Hunt, Rowe, Casey, Mills, 22. The New Zealanders express the opinion that the Windsor green is the keenest they have played on in Australia. At eight ends Australia was 50 and New Zealand 17. New Zealand practised stepping from the mat in delivering the bowl. Although this is sanctioned by the Australian Bow r ling Association it was closely watched by the Australian players.—A. and N.Z.
