Porter,, of Devonport, Auckland. Miss Woolley, who is tho only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hastings Woolley, of Sydney, is the guest of Mrs. Porter at present. Miss Woolley has the distinction of being the most highly-paid mannequin in the world, having earned lor herself salaries that ran into more than three figures with the fashion presentations she has given throughout Australia,
Sports coats, a generic term that now includes all manner of little occasional wraps, sleeveless and otherwise, are given touches of simple but very effective stitchery. Borders are carried all round the coat edges, the collar—if there is one—and the cuffs or sleeve hems. Collar, cuffs and pocket decorations of suede or other contrasting fabrics make another favoured decorative note.
