MELBOURNE COUPLE ARRESTED IN CITY
CONSPIRACY ALLEGED VICTORIAN CHARGE * - Arrested on a provisional warrant, two Australians were charged at the City Police Court to-day with conspiring to defraud Joseph Femester of £>7s. a ''HE accused were David Wappin Bon, aged 38, and Ina Johanna Thomas, aged 28. , . _ The charge was that accused had conspired to defraud Femester of his share from the proceeds of the sale of a motor-car. They were remanded to appear again on January 30, bail being fixed at £l5O.
