CLUB REVERSES DICISION TEMPORARY PERMISSION Special permission to broadcast the Auckland Trotting Club's meeting at Alexandra Park during the coming week was granted to IYA at a meeting of the committee yesterday. A resolution passed recently stated that trotting descriptions were not to be broadcast. The committee stated that no decision on the main question o£ broadcasting race meetings has yet been reached. A conference is being arranged shortly, when some uniform agreement will be made. The permission granted is only temporary. The director of IYA, Mr. Trevor Stringer, states that the decision of the Trotting dub will be welcomed by all listeners. Apparatus is now being installed for the broadcasting of ail description -
