In the Police Court Frank Lawrence Farr, a taxi proprietor, was committed for trial on a charge of being the driver of a motor vehicle, and that he did drive such vehicle negligently, thereby causing the death of Jeremiah rf.o died from injuries received when knocked down by Farr’s bus.
