Marsack is visiting Wanganui. Miss L. MacLaren. of Timaru, is on a visit to Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. Tucker, of Auckland, are visitors to Timaru. Mrs. B. Jefferson is leaving this week on a motor trip to Rotorua, where she intends to spend the Christmas holidays. Mrs. Paul Kavanagh returned by the Aorangi from Sydney, where she has been spending a three months’ holiday. Mrs. Murison has arrived from Wellington and is staying with her- mother, Mrs. A. G. Graham, Beaview Road, Remuera. Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Matthews and Mr. and Mrs. Percy Thompson, of Sydney, are visiting Auckland, and are staying at Hotel Mon Hesir, Takapuna. Mrs. Ernest Livermore, who has been on a visit to England and the Continent, has returned and is the guest of Hr. and Mrs. Hay, of Taihape. * * * Mr. and Mrs. A. de Jongh arrived from Sydney by the Maunganul on a holiday visit. They will stay at Takapuna while in Auckland. * * * Miss Frances Ilowden, of Wellington, daughter of Hr. Howden, is spending her holidays at Rotorua, and is the guest of her cousin, Miss Nancy Rendell. Mount Eden. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Bright, Mrs. A. Herd man and Mrs. R. Ramsay Morton, of Remuera, are among the guests staying at Hotel Mon Hesir. Takapuna. Miss Margery Macfarlane is leaving this evening for Christchurch, where she will take part in the New Zealand champonsliip tennis matches commencing on Monday. Among the guests staying at the Mansion House, Kawau, are: Mr. and Mrs. Berkeley Stafford, Hants, England; Messrs. Coriton and Amory, Devonshire, England; Mr. and Mrs, H. A.
