“TIME TO LOVE” Spiritualism, duels and balloons figure prominently in “Time to Love,” Raymond Griffith’s Paramount comedy, which will be shown at the Tivoli Theatre on Friday. The high hat comedian feigns death in a fake duel, returns to Iris sweetheart as a spirit, and is later carried up with her in a balloon being used as a target for anit-aircraft guns. Vera Voronina and William Powell are featured in this French farce by Alfred Savoir. Frank Tuttle directed from Pierre Collings’s scenario.
