MINISTERS ORDAINED
HAMILTON CEREMONY BISHOP CHERRINGTON OFFICIATES (From Our Own Correspondent) DUNEDIN, Monday. Bishop Cherrington conducted tlie ordination services in St. Peter’s Cathedral, Hamilton, yesterday. He was assisted by Archdeacon E. M. Cowie, and the Revs. S. R. Wareing, H. G. Sell and six other clergy. The sermon was preached by Canon G. H. Gavin. Th Rev. W. S. C. Stephens, of St. Mary’s, New Plymouth, was ordained priest and the following were made deacons: Messrs. E. H. Atkey, R. J. Boyd, C. W. Clark, S. W. Golding, H. K. Pou and G. L. B Wilkinson The newly-ordained deacons will be appointed to Te Awamutu, Taumarunui, Cambridge, Oliura, Raglan and Taumarunui, respectively
