PRESENTATION OF PRIZES “Life’s real object can only be attained by adhering to the precepts and counsels given in your youth,” stated the Rt. Rev. Bishop Liston addressing the pupils of Monte Cecilia College, Onehunga, at the annual prize-giving ceremony yesterday. The bishop said he was happy to express publicly the parents’ appreciation of the good work being done by the Sisters of Mercy, who were so capably training future citizens. During the afternoon a concert was given by the boys, the standard of the work done providing ample evidence of careful training. The following is the prize list: Monte Cecilia Cup, special prize.—L.
