TEAM SMALL, BUT GOOD Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. The Queensland team which has arrived for the Australian and New Zealand athletic championships, is as follows:—L. C. Parker, 100yds, 220yds, 440yds and relay; PI. Day, 100yds and broad jump: N- Grehan, same events as Parker; Wall, 100yds, 220yds, relay and handicaps; J. M. Watson, high jump; E. Keskinen, field events and decathlon. _ _ Ono and Three Mile Walks.—R. Cordery (Canterbury). Long Jump.—R. O. Johnston (Otago). Hop, Step and Jump.—T. Neville (Canterbury). Emergencies, who have been selected provided they pay their own expenses, are as follow: 100yds. and 220yds.. L. C. Williams (Auckland); 440yds., C. M. Olsen (Otago): 880yds., C. Campbell (Wellington); One and Three Miles, A. D. Priestley (Wellington); putting the shot, L. Hunt (Wanganui-Taranaki); discus, W. Harvey (Wellington). The team will assemble in Wellington on December 23 and disband on December 29. The selection was submitted to a special meeting of the council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association this afternoon and approved.
