BIDDING REACHES £41,000 Offered at auction at noon to-day by Rutherford, Robinson and Austin and Company, the leasehold block containing the well-known .Foote’s Buildings, Elliott Street, was passed in at £41,000. The block has a 57ft. 4in. frontage on Elliott Street containing a modern twostoreyed warehouse, and runs back into Albert Street, where a two-storeyed brick factory occupies a 56ft. frontage. Bidding started at £35,000.
