The Mokau River bridge will be ofTicially opened next Saturday by the Minister of Public Works. * j> * After considerable discussion on the question of speeding and the control of traffic during the summer months the Roto.rua Borough Council decided to ask for a subsidy from the Main Highways Board toward the cost of control.
