RUSSELL REGATTA CLUB
The secretary of the Russell Regatta Club advises that rule 3 respecting outboard motor-boat races should only read: “There shall be no structural alteration to engine.’*
Through an error in the printing of the rules the other portion was included. Outboard enthusiasts, note the amendment.
