AN EXCITING FINISH Press Association BLENHEIM, Friday. The Hawke Cup preliminary match, Nelson v. Marlborough, had an exciting finish, the home team winning by ten runs. Nelson started their second innings wanting 166 to win. Runs came freely and at the tea adjournment five wickets were down for 105. The remainder of the side failed to get the required total.
