A court has granted the exKaiser’s application for an injunction to prevent an actor portraying him. in the play, “Rasputin,’ in Berlin. The theatre is appeal ing.

The ex-Kaiser, the late Czar once, when the play was first produced this month , was greeted with faint hisses, but the sight of Trotsky haranguing the victorious revolutionaries roused a packed audience to enthusiasm. Warnings were given to the producers, on behalf of the exKaiser, that his inclusion in the cast was most objectionable, but no heed was paid to them..
