Sir Reginald Hall: Isn’t this tantamount to treason. Sir W. Joynson-Hicks said that he was afraid that could not be the basis of a treason prosecution. He did not think it would lose a British subject his rights. Commander J. M. Kenworthy, Liberal: Did you see the photographs of Sir Austen Chamberlain giving the Fascist salute in Italy ? Sir W.
