DEVONPORT OARSMEN

MCELWRAITH CUP RACE

The annual inter-club race for the McElwraith Cup will be rowed tomorrow under the supervision of the North Shore Club. Entries have been received from all the local clubs, and some strong crews have been put forward. Providing the weather conditions are suitable the course will be from the Stanley Bay wharf to the Devonport cargo wharf, the race starting' at 4 p.m. NORTH SHORE ROWING CLUB At North Shore trial fours will be rowed to-morrow for Mr. Justice Graham’s trophies, which were postponed last Saturday owing to the donor being unable to attend. The first race i will start at 2.30 p.m. sharp.
