GOOD QUALITY WOOLS SELL FREELY AT NAPIER
A heavy catalogue Press Association NAPIER, To-day. Good quality wools were in strong demand at Napier's second held today, prices being as attractive as at the last sale in November. Competition for the better lots was very keen, but lacked the tire of the last nale. Lower grade wools were in good demand, but values showed a fall of one penny to one penny half-penny on the November prices. At this early stage of the sale it is impossible to Quote prices, and even the Indication given herein may not hold throughout the sale. The large offering of 27,000 bales may affect competition, but it is expected that the quotations given will not show further fall.
