Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Son will sell by auction at their rooms, 20 Swanson Street, at noon to-morrow at 6-roomed villa in King Edward Street, off Dominion Road, under instructions from Mr. G. W. Clarke, and in the estate of R. A. Webby. Under instructions from the Public Trustee, as executor of the will of Elizabeth O’Meara, an attractive threeroomed bungalow opposite the railway sation at Swanson, will also be offered.
Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Sons, Ltd., will offer for sale by public auction to-morrow afternoon, at the company’s land salerooms, The Haymarket, Albert Street, the major portion of their long-established and well-known Haymarket block, containing good frontages to Albert and Federal Streets respectively, and a considerable depth through between the two thoroughfares, with a substantial two-storey (until recently used as wool, hides and grain store and also the horse bazaar) building erected thereon.
