IDLE TRESPASSER

ALBERT PARK OFFENCE VAGRANT IMPRISONED JOHN DENNEHY, aged 42, had O his 60th conviction recorded against him at the Police Court to-day. Dennehv pleaded guilty to charges of being idle and disorderly and trespassing on a building in Albert Park. Senior-Sergeant McCarthy said that accused had a long list. Recently there had been complaints concerning trespass on a women's building in Albert Park, and accused was observed by the police. On the idle and disorderly charge, Dennehy was sentenced to two months' imprisonment, and on the other he was convicted and discharged.
